An in-universe book, mentioned in chapter 369 of Hypnosis Doesn't Work Like That!.
It is the story of a man, Johnny, who decided to regress his girlfriend using specially-tailored drugs, and then raise her again to rid her of various hangups that her original upbringing had left her with. Basically starting over, and allowing the character to be a new person.
Adi didn't read enough of this book to find out if the 'raising' was consensual, or if Johnny's motives were decent or not.
