Younger Than You Think/Sylvie Hārden
Works for the medical department of Forever Baby. Ends up adopting Iriña Blake (who is renamed Kelly Hārden) in Younger Than You Think.
She cares a lot about the children under her care. It's not quite clear why she is okay with adults being regressed against their will; perhaps she learned about the company from her husband Seamus Hārdan, and doesn't realise that it's nonconsensual. When she started as a teaching assistant, she was personally responsible for a couple of kids who had gone for regression voluntarily because they were sick of having to explain that they were adults. She might think that anyone resisting is just nervous, or trying to overcome inhibitions that have been drilled into them by their families.
Since moving to the science lab, her interaction with the kids is mostly indirect, through reading reports and making recommendations, so her mental image of their rebellion is probably toned down a lot from what actually happens.
