Characters
This story features two flatmates, both of whom have hoped their relationship would grow, but are too shy to go further.
- Merri - A cynical realist who doesn't believe in anything out of the ordinary
- Tarja - An open-minded optimist who is aware that a lot of myths probably aren't real, but enjoys them anyway
Jack also appears, a mysterious figure who has access to many kinds of magic, and is bored after such a long life. He may be non-human, although the story doesn't explicitly say.
