The cover identity assumed by Dashiel Brock during The Littlest Spy.
Bernard is a successful businessman. On paper he was going to be an insurance analyst; but Dash quickly started improvising and changes it on the fly whenever he has a new idea. At some point during the mission, Dash started assuming that "Brock" can be short for "Bernard", so that he can use a more familiar nickname.
Bernard is married to Estelle Klein, and moves into the neighbourhood surrounding Lorenzo Arrencani's mansion with the intention of getting to speak to Lorenzo at the local golf club and infiltrating his inner circle.
