Lady Carlotta is a rich and successful person who is being punished by an evil hypnotist. She is forced to attend a party where she will be surrounded by people who have been hurt by her predatory business practices. And she is also compelled to obey the first order each of those people gives her. Among the guests is cop Tina Zdravinski, who investigates and attempts to unmask the mysterious hypnotist.
