Plot Babies/Chloe
A character in the story idea Baby Come Back in the Plot Babies book of incomplete ideas.
She is a rebel, and was a good friend of April O'Hannah. When she finds out that April is being regressed to a small child again to cope with some trauma that sent her home from college, she is happy to help; but also secretly jealous. Then she steals April's diary, realises it's nonconsensual, and threatens to get the police involved. She eventually becomes Lydia O'Hannah's new "baby", trading places because April wants to have an adult life and Chloe doesn't; so everyone is happy.
