Percival
A home automation system designed by Oswyn Bridger after she left SYL. It does everything you would expect a smart speaker to do, but is very good at predicting user requirements, so asks for clarification less often than its main rival "Tomas".
It is based on a generalisation of Oswyn's work; expanding her previous creations Gawain (for office use at SYL) and Lancelot (for personal use) to be usable by people with less technical background.
