Big Brother, Little Sister/Marjorie Fitch-Peabody
Marjorie is a Child Development Coordination Facilitator (basically an admissions officer) at the Early Daze daycare.
She is very businesslike, and doesn't seem to get on well with children. She wanted to be a school administrator, and chose the daycare because it required less relevant experience. She likes being in charge, and dreams of bringing all the staff and parents into line so that the business can run 100% to schedule.
The actual childcare staff call her either "the manager", or "the Fitch".
