A character in the story Now and Again in Plot Babies.
Melody finds a weird artifact that allows her to mentally travel back to when she was a child, and relive events she'd forgotten. But wishes she made when she was a child (about being a baby again) seem to kick in as soon as she gets back to her adult form. It later turns out that she and her father worked together to create the time machine, and the story is initially hard to understand because time travel has led to her experiencing it in the wrong order.
