An affable businessman with expensive tastes. Widely believed to be the leader of the Arrencani crime family, although he isn't actually aware of this. Charming facade, but doesn’t like to be told ‘no’.

He lives in a lavishly-appointed mansion with his son [[../Marco Arrencani|Marco]], as well as his brother [[../Enzo Arrencani|Enzo]].

He has been into ABDL for as long as he can remember; and after successfully investing the money left to him by his father he decided to set up a nursery. He helped couples to try out some roleplay fantasies about being kidnapped and regressed. After a little while, he sought out someone who could supply some drugs to make the process seem more real. Asking Enzo for advice, he got in touch with former navy medic [[../Roman/]], who was able to supply what he needed.

Two of the other household staff, [[../Claudine/]] (cook) and [[../Selma/]] (housekeeper) also assist with looking after adult babies in the nursery. The final member of household staff is [[../Geoffrey/]], who is unaware of the nursery. He was hired mainly because Lorenzo found himself asking Roman to do odd jobs for him while he was in the house, and realised that a part of him wanted an actual domestic servant who wasn't a part of his business venture.

Lorenzo believes that Enzo and Marco don't know about the nursery.
