She is an author, and is prepared to do anything to learn how to make her characters more real. This includes getting a friend to hypnotise her so that she can feel what the characters in a story feel, so that she will understand those feelings better when she comes to write them herself. She gets into a deal with a couple of other authors, where they each proofread and experience the events of each other's stories.
