People who do this refer to themselves as Omokutsuki (both singular and plural), and the event itself as Omokyuun. But people outside the community, and many relative newcomers, use the term Omokyutsuki indiscriminately to refer to the people, the community, the fetish, a competition, or almost anything else related to it. They may also use the word Omokyutsukis, which is guaranteed to annoy many of the old timers.

Omokyuun is basically a contest in resisting the effects of [[lysentripase]]. Practitioners may be given pills, wipes, diapers, and other products designed to cause loss of bladder control; there may also be scheduled fluid intake requirements. The 'winner' is the person who can last the longest time without wetting herself. There is a heavy overlap with omorashi, but it seems like this new type of contest evolved independently, before someone coined an approximately-Japanese-sounding name in order to distinguish the two groups.
